David M Murray, NMLS 277043 began his mortgage lending career in 1990. He was named Loan Officer of the Year in 1991 & 1994 by the National firm where he began his career. In 1995 he ventured out to open his own Mortgage Brokering business taking advantage of new technologies that leveled the playing field for smaller brokerage firms
Over the course of his 30 plus year career he has closed thousands of mortgage loans including FHA/VA, Conventional Fannie Mae/FreddieMac, USDA, Non-QM, Renovation Loans, and more. “Serving others never grows old particularly when you’re assisting families achieve their housing objectives,” said David.
David (UCF 1984 Grad) was born in Steubenville, Ohio and moved to Orlando, Florida in 1970 at the age of 9 with his family. He is married to Denise (Duquesne 1988 Grad) and they have 2 adult children Summerlyn (UF 2022 Grad) and Kennedy (FSU 2023 Grad).
